1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the wbjee platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of wbjee, including visitors who browse the platform without registering.

wbjee reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of wbjee after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These terms should be read alongside the wbjee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and wbjee.

2 Eligibility

To register and use wbjee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a wbjee employee.

wbjee may request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned after verification of identity.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on wbjee. Duplicate accounts are not allowed under any circumstances. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, wbjee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. wbjee may require identity verification documents at any point — this is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is required before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold.

Acceptable KYC documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method may also be requested. wbjee handles all submitted documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Account information must be kept up to date. Notify support of any changes.
• wbjee accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold or gifted to another person.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

wbjee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits on wbjee are processed in real time via direct API integration with bKash and Nagad. Funds should appear in your wbjee account balance immediately after a successful transaction. If a deposit does not reflect within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. wbjee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash withdrawals: processed in real time during business hours.
• Nagad withdrawals: processed in real time during business hours.
• Withdrawals submitted outside business hours are processed at the start of the next business day.
• Withdrawals pending KYC verification may take up to 48 hours.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

wbjee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These terms are clearly stated at the point of claiming each offer.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet 20 times in total before a withdrawal can be requested.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play are withdrawable once wagering requirements are met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in the bonus terms.
• wbjee reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on wbjee use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by wbjee or by players. RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are published in the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game, the affected round will be voided and any bets placed during that round will be returned to the player's account. wbjee is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's side.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. wbjee does not reverse completed game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion between players in live dealer games or multiplayer formats is strictly prohibited.
• wbjee reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wbjee account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members.

wbjee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from wbjee and asking for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your wbjee account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to wbjee support immediately.

wbjee is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wbjee. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on wbjee.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use wbjee for any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or games.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wbjee staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

wbjee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately when activated.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from wbjee. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any wbjee content without prior written permission.

The wbjee name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of the wbjee brand in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

wbjee provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, wbjee does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wbjee is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• Any decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits wbjee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms

wbjee reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wbjee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

If you do not agree with any changes to the terms, you must stop using wbjee and may request account closure by contacting support. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
